The coaching

Work on what’s already on your desk.

Each session starts with your role, priorities, and a real task: preparing for a meeting, synthesizing research, shaping a decision brief, or improving follow-through. Together, we build repeatable workflows and useful materials in your approved tools.

Over time, practical workflows could form a personal AI chief of staff: for example, a short daily brief, preparation for important meetings, context for decisions, and a review of open follow-ups. These are ways to organize real work—not a promise of dramatic results. Any use of email, calendar, or files depends on the company-approved tools and permissions available to you. AI can help organize information and surface questions; you decide what to do and what to send.

There is no fixed curriculum or assumed technical background. Session length and rhythm are agreed around your schedule and goals. You leave with work you can continue using—not just notes from a conversation.

As your personal fluency grows, the focus expands to leading adoption: what to ask, how to assess opportunities, and how to guide an AI-enabled organization.

A private outside perspective

Build capability away from your team.

Practice privately. Lead confidently.

Coaching is one-to-one. We agree on confidentiality and information boundaries at the outset. Your staff are not part of the coaching conversation, and there is no built-in report-back to your organization. Use only company-approved tools and information.

THE FAMILIAR CHALLENGE

You have a high-stakes decision coming up, but the context is scattered across reports, emails, and documents.

WHERE AI MAY HELP

Use AI to organize the evidence, compare options, and surface assumptions or unanswered questions.

A POSSIBLE CHANGE

You could spend less time assembling context and enter the discussion with clearer options and questions.

Examples are starting points for discussion, not guaranteed results. Coaching is tailored to your role and approved tools; your information stays in the environment you choose.
